Remaining equipment has been ordered and will soon be installed. Our soft opening was amazing. I am very excited for the core group of members I anticipate when the doors open May 1st to the public.
If you enjoy a smaller group versus a large class with little individualized attention, this is where Embodi classes shine. Instructors are highly vetted and have years of experience and training.
Expect our schedule to evolve in the early days. I am trying my best to offer 4-6 classes a week with open gym + the wellness/connection events. Until we reach a membership of 15, I need to provide all the instruction. As we grow, classes will be expanded and I will bring on additional instructors to assist me.
