Pricing: $40 per hour

Additional Requirements

  • Instructors or event facilitators must provide a certificate of insurance and list Embodi Wellness, LLC as the additional insured.

  • Visitors must sign a liability waiver if utilizing equipment.

  • The instructor or event facilitator assumes all responsibility for the event they plan/host.
